metal doors
:
Your Zenergy Door Chime has three strong magnets embedded in the base of the chime. The magnets will securely attach the chime to any metal door.
Wooden doors
This template will assist you in positioning two screws for attachment to a wooden door.
1. Place this template in the desired location on the door, ensuring the long edge of the template is parallel to the edge of the door. The two screw locations are indicated by the two + signs at the top and bottom of this template. Mark these locations on your door with
a pencil. When finished these screw locations should be exactly six inches apart.

2. Attach screws (screws not included) to your wooden door. We recommend using two #10 pan head screws that are 3/4” or 1” in length. If you have a hollow wood door, an appropriate anchor must also be used. Your local hardware store can help you with this. Only the Zenergy Door Chime striker should move when the door moves. You may need to adjust the screw depth to hold the chime tight against the door.
3. Another mounting option would be using high-quality, strong adhesion double-stick tape (tape not included).
4. Before use, ensure your door chime is securely attached to your door.
